malam minggu

malam minggu aku arini penuh dgn kebosanan yg teramat sgt..nk siap assgnmnt mud x smpai2 dri pgi td smpai la skrg..ape yg aku dok buat,online ye la.merapatkan silaturahim kateny la..sgguh bosan..bce la arktl 2 ini..hmm..ok la..ade gak la knwlgde aku kn...lgi pon aku tgh mngamalkan diet..jdi aku pon klik sane klik sni..dpt la tips yg agk bernas gak..x baek kan kdkt ilmu..nah amek la.klu larat nk bce..aku pon x la bce smpai abes...


13 tips-

1-Eat plenty of high-fiber foods

4. Cut down on animal fat

6.Eat more fish and nuts, which contain healthy unsaturated fats.
7.Keep portions moderate, especially of high-calorie foods.
8.Keep your cholesterol intake below 300 milligrams per day.
9.Eat a variety of foods.
10. Maintain an adequate calcium intake.
11.Try to get your vitamins and minerals from foods, not from supplements
12.Maintain a desirable weight.
13. If you drink alcohol, do so in moderation.

yg pling mustahil aku nk buat no.8,12...yg no 13 tu terang2 mmg dielak kan..sya bukan pemabuk...nk buang lemak2 kat mkanan tu pon agk pyh..mslhny.klu mkn kat lua xkan nk cerewet plak.ade yg kne hambun ngn kuali pas2.pndai2 la kan.yg pling senaman..sye bnci bersenam...xske.klu x nk senam,ganti kan dgn menari...i like!!!menari la ape pon.mak yong ke zapin ke ape2 la asl kn kua plh..nk lgi bgs poco-poco...aku rse takat sni la.tbe2 moody kerana man u klah la..
